Raw Lasagne


Raw Lasagne - not invented by myself (inspired by this wonderfulgreat MIMI KIRK)....it tastes sooo good! For the filling I mixed chopped watersoaked sunseeds, garlic, dryed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, lots of coriander. The "cheesecream" I made out of selfmade almond- and cashewnutmilk with a dried fig.
