Lunch on mothersday :-)


I cooked for my mom on mothersday...while she was eating she said: "Its different, its really tasty - but I could not eat this EVERY day!" :-)
We ate: Mixed quinoa, steamed mixed coloured carrots and brokolie, marinaded tofu and a great asia winter salad with apple, fennel, parsley and coriander.
Meanwhile my daddy was with my mothers mom and he cooked for her :-) (she lives in the south and he spent two weeks at her place to take care for her)
