Actually....

...during my Sabbatical I did not run - for more than one year  for which reasons ever. Step by step I changed my way of eating, but in may 2013 I changed REALLY. So since nearly 5 months I dont eat any industrial sugar, honey etc, no cereals, no milk products, no saussages etc....just fruits, vegetables (raw and cooked!), legumes, seeds, good oils, green smoothies etc -- I ran now twice around 6 km each time and I can say: I am running as quick and fit as never before in my life!!!!
I am sure this has something to do with my way of feeding my body . I find my way of feeling fit and awake and concentrated really really amazing!

Vitamix

Okay: I am veery content with my Philips HR 2096/00! Really! For just 90 Euro he is doing an amaaazing work!!!
But, yes, I admit: I want to have the iphone of the mixers: a vitamix.
And, I am sooo happy, "Keimling" in germany is renting for 2 months (!!) a Vitamix for free - so I can be really really sure to buy or to leave it!
In some days he will arrive at my place - I am toooo curious and I will tell you my experience with the monstermachine of mixers ;)

The amazing great Philips HR 2096/00

To be honest: this mixer is really great - for just 90 Euro instead of around 650 Euro in Germany for a Vitamix!
But yeeesss: nevertheless I am dreaming of a Vitamix....

SOME MONTHS LATER
......SOOOOOO......now I can tell: this blender just works for around 10 months....theeeen a srew inside of the blade gets rosty and it is amazing how endlessly rosty liquid cream comes out there - disgusting. I mean, it might not be harmful - but all your smoothies get orange and the taste is BAH!
Pity. Could had been a good and cheap alternative. But unfortunately: no.

Its not Green Kale time yet - so I tryed another sort of kale to make my chips....I greased each piece in coconut oil, a bit pepper and salt - and put it in the oven on low temperature.

yes, it worked! Crispy and just great! :-)

Radicchio Salad

hmmm! Radicchio with fennel and apple and a great sauce made with almondbutter, linseed oil, lemon, vinegar and salt.....very good!

Cosy fall plate ;-)

I am back in Berlin, my wonderful Sabbatical in Marseille is over.......phu, not so easy this change....and here its already cold and humid...buuut: I am very happy about all this wonderful fall-vegetables: pumpkin, beetroot, parsleyroot, kale....so I put all this things in my oven, all pieces greased in coconut oil, with fresh rosemary, fennelseeds and a bit salt...feels homy :-)

...and after 15 minutes I enjoyed a superyummy mixture and crispy leave chips from the beetroot!
