Now it's for sure: I am in LOVE ! And very very soon he will be MINE !!!! :-) :-) :-)

This guy is just pretty amazing. First I wanted to be loyal to my old blender which are all doing a quite good job - but nutbutter they just cant do, smoothies so smooth that one understands why its called smoothie they just cant do, making linseeds to powder in some seconds they just cant do....
So I think this pretty guy will be a friend for lifetime :-)
And KEIMLING.de makes it possible for me. Patrick Tomforde from Keimling is very supporting and makes non-possible things possible! Thank you Patrick!

My best smoothie so far - with aronia berries

Last time the mixture was just boosting :-)
1 banana, 1 apple, 1 orange, 1/2 lemon, black cabbage, celery leaves aaand:
dried aronia berries, bee pollen, hemp seeds, almond butter, a bit water...a DREAM!

sweet smashed potatoes, kohlrabi with the green and a green salad with avocados and red onion.

my statement about food

Be always aware about what you eat - but dont make a science out of!

Our food is food for our cells - not just to fill us. This is the most important to know.
White bread with margarine and marmelade, a coffee with milk - nothing, nothing of it is healthy. Chips, Coke, sausages, milkshakes.....not ONE cell in your body needs this stuff. But you need your cells to stay healthy.

I eat fruits and vegetables as often as possible raw. But why ever and always and just and only raw??? Cooked food is not empty stuff - quite the contrary cooked food makes a lot of nutritions even more absorbable for the body. Even meat (whatever I read about) is good for our body - if we enjoy it from time to time (and of course: just and only organic).

I believe:
- fruits and vegetables (especially green smoothies!!), raw and cooked
- wild herbs
- good oils like linseed-, hempseed-, olive- and coconut oil
- cooked quinoa, buckweat, amaranth and millet
- legumes
- seeds like flax, sesam, sunflower...
- steamed or grilled meat and fish (just from time to time)
- a red wine or a beer (just from time to time)
- lots of water and green and white tea
- plus B12 supplement
and our body gets everything what he needs and deserves - to be happy, healthy and balanced!

Concerning calories: I never counted calories, I even dont have a scale. Im just listening to my body and stop eating when Im not hungry anymore. I am 44 and I always was slim. And I am not a sport maniac!

And, of course, organic food is the better decision - in the first instance politically. But if you cant efford it - dont believe vegetables from the supermarket are "empty" - its still much better than a pizza and a donat with a coke.

The question should always be: is this good food for my cells - yes or no?

And: Enjoy food. Food is life.
