I loOove to eat healthy food - raw or cooked. I'd like to inspire you with my combinations of healthy stuff - just guided from my desires....
My name is Anni amd I am living in Kreuzberg, Berlin. I would say, my attitude is vegan - but in the first instance I am a nutritarian.
I actually don't believe in all these borders of so many interdictions. I believe in healthy food which makes us happy. Here you can find raw "recipes" (salty and sweet!), easy cooked meals and sometimes even meat (just and only BEST organic meat - animals from the meadow!) and fish in its really tasty way...and hey, if you feel for a glass of red wine: enjoy it!

What I think which is really great to have every day:
- warm water with some lemon juice in the morning
- green tea (Matcha!) or white tea
- fresh fruits and raw vegetables (green veggie leaves easily to drink in a green smoothie)
- no cereals (bread, noodles etc.) and never industrial sugar, very rarely milk products like raw sheep or goat cheese - but no milk etc..
- Yoga (or at least: 20 minutes stretching)

Be funny and childish whenever you feel it! Be grateful and forgive. Never stop to be honest about your weak sides and don't stop to work on them - but never doubt yourself. Believe in the power of your brain and your inner beauty. Be open to all the changes in your life. Raise up your head and go with the flow...dont worry about future and dont cry about the past - all you have is: this moment.

my statement about food

Be always aware about what you eat - but dont make a science out of!

Our food is food for our cells - not just to fill us. This is the most important to know.
White bread with margarine and marmelade, a coffee with milk - nothing, nothing of it is healthy. Chips, Coke, sausages, milkshakes.....not ONE cell in your body needs this stuff. But you need your cells to stay healthy.

I eat fruits and vegetables as often as possible raw. But why ever and always and just and only raw??? Cooked food is not empty stuff - quite the contrary cooked food makes a lot of nutritions even more absorbable for the body. Even meat (whatever I read about) is good for our body - if we enjoy it from time to time (and of course: just and only organic).

I believe:
- fruits and vegetables (especially green smoothies!!), raw and cooked
- wild herbs
- good oils like linseed-, hempseed-, olive- and coconut oil
- cooked quinoa, buckweat, amaranth and millet
- legumes
- seeds like flax, sesam, sunflower...
- steamed or grilled meat and fish (just from time to time)
- a red wine or a beer (just from time to time)
- lots of water and green and white tea
- plus B12 supplement
and our body gets everything what he needs and deserves - to be happy, healthy and balanced!

Concerning calories: I never counted calories, I even dont have a scale. Im just listening to my body and stop eating when Im not hungry anymore. I am 44 and I always was slim. And I am not a sport maniac!

And, of course, organic food is the better decision - in the first instance politically. But if you cant efford it - dont believe vegetables from the supermarket are "empty" - its still much better than a pizza and a donat with a coke.

The question should always be: is this good food for my cells - yes or no?

And: Enjoy food. Food is life.

about my "recipes"

I wont give you any "real" recipes here - I dont cook this way. I cook with my heart and out of the moment - and feel just inspired by others recipes - I never follow them really. And: the most stuff you find in internet already maany times. But I do always little changes, try something new - about this I tell here, just to give you a bit more inspiration :-)
