Halva with raw cacao
Put some sesam seeds in the foodprocessor, add a tea spoon of very aromatic honey and some raw cacao.....roll the paste in sesam seeds.....well....while making the photo I had to force myself not to eat them all...

Quinoa with fruits
Still a bit warm Quinoa with some coconut oil and a tiny bit agave syrop, cinnamon, some raspberries, banana and medlar.....ooOooh this is so delicious :-) A great meal for a sweet tooth...

Raw Pizza -- soOoo good! :-)
Raw bread as base, garlic + dried + fresh tomatoes + oliveoil for the creamy yummy pulp and then just put some tomatoes, red pepper, celery (stalks + leafs), avocados, coriander, oliveoil and salt and pepper - and enjoy. Its soooo delicious!! Next time I will add some selfmade cashew-cream.

Tomatosalad with Tofu and Thyme
This salad is soo refreshing...some Tofu (put in soysauce for some minutes), mixed coloured tomatoes, onions, vinegar, olive oil, salt, a lot of fresh thyme.
Cacao Mint Somethings...
Yes, they wont win a beauty contest.....but they were so hhmmmm.......almonds and figs in a foodprocessor, add some raw cacao, form flat rounds, fill each with a slice of strawberry and a mint leave, flap them, and sprinkle some Matcha over.
A meal out of leftovers...
A quite funny mixture...but we were happy not to leave the house....tofu, zuccinis, tomatoes, dried tomatoes, sweet potatos, coriander and sardines (can!).

Linseed Dessert !
"Grind" 2 big spoons of Linseeds in your foodprocessor, add two ripe bananas, mix after with 2 big spoons of raw cacao powder.....so quick, so easy, so healthy, so good :-)

Mixed Salad with eggs and avocados
My boyfriends salad with lots of linseed- and olive oil. I love the mixture of avocados and eggs - their texture on the tongue, together with salt and oil....soo delicious.
steamed veggies with tofu and sardines
Steamed long beans, broccolie, carrots, sweet potatoes, radiccio, onions and tofu with fresh coriander, linseed oil, soysauce and salt, some sardines - its so satisfying!
After a fruitsalad in the morning, a green smoothie some hours later and for late lunch this veggies - for tonight some raw bread with avocados, tomatos and onions, not to forget the green tea in between - I mean: is there another possibility than to feel good? :-)

Steamed Mix
Steamed mixed vegetables (sweet potatoes, yellow beet, carrots, broccoli, onions, parsley root) with tofu. Enjoy this easy dish with linseed oil, soysauce and pickled ginger. Yummy.
Raw Soft Hazelnutcake
Hazelnuts, almonds, dattes, lemon zest, bourbon vanille in the food processor, raw cacao to turn in.
Wild Dorade
Grilled wild Dorade filled with lots of garlic, chopped coriander and salt (fleur de sel). Mixed coloured carrots with coriander and linseed oil, rice mixed with lots of olive oil, coriander, chopped onions and salt.
Creamy Dream
Avocado, banana, apple, lemonjuice, 2 dried figs and apricots, some mint and verbena leaves in the blender.....omygoOdness...
Wild Herbs Salad
Nothing better than wild herbs....dandelion and nettle with coriander, dill, thyme, mixed salad, avocado with a simple but great vinaigrette: olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, onions, bit of agave syrop.

Grilled organic beef with steamed vegetables
Today my body was asking for meat. He really does. I love it with lots of garlic, thyme and rosemary.
The vegetbales I steam shortly with some dried Shiitake-mushrooms. After serving I add a lot of linseed oil and some salt (fleur de sel - it tastes really different!)

Raw Tagliatelle with Tomatosauce
I am not a food-photographer, like one can see.... ;-)
You need 1 Zuccini, some dried tomatoes, some fresh ones, lots of olive oil, garlic, some basil, salt, pepper, some lemonjuice....done.
Raw Cacao Dream Comfit.....
Just put some almonds, some dried figs, dried apricots, olive oil (!), bourbon vanille and a loot of raw cacao powder in your food processor....oh my goodness....its sooo good!

My fruitsalad eEevery single morning - I rarely change the fruits: 1 banana, 1/2 apple, 1/2 Avocado, some chopped Verveine-leaves, juice of a half lemon.....its such a good start in my day...
Matcha
...and afterwards a wonderful Matcha (I did not make it to photograph the amazing green) or a green or white tea....I don't have any other rituals in my life - but this I can call my good-morning-ritual: warm water, fruitsalad, green tea :-)

Raw Almond Comfit
Invented by myself when I was starving for something sweet. Just put some almonds, 2 dried figs and 2 apricots in your food processor.....roll the paste in your hands......the green ones I mixed with some Matcha...toooo good - and healthy! (some bourbon-vanille could be great in it! or cinnamon..)
Raw Onion Bread Sandwich
Ohh I loOove raw onion bread! When I learned and understood that my beloOoved german organic heavy dark wholecornbread (all cereals - means: each bread) is actually not really healthy I thougth: ups, and what now???? But for gods sake somebody invented this amazing good "bread". You will find the recipe easily in youtube - its so easy to make! Myself I always do one tray with fennelseeds, one with caraway, one with sesamseeds, one tray with dryed tomatoes....its a dream! Try with avocado, tomatoes and spinace....yummyyyy!

Raw Lasagne
Raw Lasagne - not invented by myself (inspired by this wonderfulgreat MIMI KIRK)....it tastes sooo good! For the filling I mixed chopped watersoaked sunseeds, garlic, dryed tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, lots of coriander. The "cheesecream" I made out of selfmade almond- and cashewnutmilk with a dried fig.
how it all began...
okay, lets get started with this picture....I can say, with green smoothies I changed my way of feeding my body....and I began to realize what it means: you are what you eat - and I say: you harvest what you eat....sooo, let's start to eat healthy from now on :-)
